The developer AQ Acentor has returned strongly to investing in land to build homes, after spending three years without carrying out any operation. The return to this activity has meant that the company will disburse 90 million euros throughout 2023 to acquire new land to build new units. An economic bet that has had the support of the investment fund Aquila Capital, according to El Economista.
This investment will be a great boost to the developer, which plans to deliver between 2,000 and 2,500 homes per year in 2027, at which time they intend to reach the company's cruising speed, as confirmed by Sergio Gálvez, CEO of AQ Acentor in the economic means.

Furthermore, the CEO of AQ Acentor does not close the doors to new land purchases, although always taking into account the size of the company.
In any case, AQ Acentor does not forget its logistics business. In fact, the company has more than 400,000 m2 of unused land in this segment concentrated in Illescas (Toledo). In this location, the developer has four plots of land and two logistics warehouses. In addition to the projects in Illescas, they have another project in Malaga.
